From the waistband without stretch it runs through pleats into a full skirt, making the velvet pattern of carousel horses almost come alive on the beautiful mesh. The layer of tulle provides volume and the fixed underskirt doesn't show too much.
At a length of 1.70m it comes to about the knee and closes with a zipper and button at the back.
